The Sunsuper Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting the Western Australian Institute for Medical Research (WAIMR), is a cycling journey throughout the scenic countryside of Western Australia that I'm embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge in a number of ways, but with my bike, my helmet, and your generosity, a real impact will be made!

I am sure we have all been affected by cancer in some way, wether it be through a family member, freind or colleague, and we are all very aware of the devastating impact cancer can make.

It was an eye opening experience recently when at a breakfast in a large room full of people, we were asked to raise our hands if we, or someone we knew, had been affected by cancer. Nearly every person in that room raised their hand. Cancer does not discrimminate, and no one is immune to the affects that it has on peoples lives.

Please contribute to this history-making event with a donation to support me in the ride. Funds raised in The Sunsuper Ride to Conquer Cancer will support groundbreaking, critical cancer research being undertaken at the Western Australian Institute for Medical Research, Western Australia?s premier adult medical research institute, investigating the genetic and environmental causes of a range of diseases.

My goal is to raise at least $2500 and any level of donation you make will be gratefully accepted.
