Support My Ride to Conquer Cancer?

When I saw the advert for this ride - I immediately wanted to join so I asked some friends from my work and low and behold we have a team.

I have lost 2 work collegues to cancer and numerous patrons of our centre have either been lost or have lost loved ones. More recently we lost a close family member to cancer which was devastating.

For a long time I have wanted to help out in the community in some small way and this really is a small way but if it helps to make a difference to other people's lives then it's the least I can do.

Please read on below to get a better understanding of how this event works - in the meantime, I thank you for your support. As I write this we have created a team of 10 people - between us we are comitted to raising over $30,000.00 - WOW now that's sounds great !

 The Sunsuper Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting the Western Australian Institute for Medical Research (WAIMR), is a cycling journey throughout the scenic countryside of Western Australia that I?m embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge in a number of ways, but with my bike, my helmet, and your generosity, a real impact will be made!


Contribute to this history-making event with a donation. Funds raised in The Sunsuper Ride to Conquer Cancer will support groundbreaking, critical cancer research being undertaken at the Western Australian Institute for Medical Research, Western Australia?s premier adult medical research institute, investigating the genetic and environmental causes of a range of diseases.
